Log into your Cubelelo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return parcel.
Receive Refund
After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
